FIROGYM™ Progressive Bands Workout System made by professional athletes.

This is a revolutionary equipment that allows you to train a variety of different workouts from where and when you want.

We are a team of athletes who had a bad experience with the current resistant bands on the market. We decided to create a new concept that was well studied and validated by our team and other professionals in the field. We use what is called progressive resistance (you can find more information on our product page in the question and answer section) in a complete workout system including a bar and a portable bench press. We have taken into account every exercise movement to adapt our product to your needs.
